Yes I read about the KYC policy at Nitrowinner it does contradict the title of the thread where it is no-KYC but they ask for basic information in full isn't this part of KYC?
So no centralized casino is really 100% KYC they must have a policy on this, but what is displayed here is a little different so it will be a little confusing.

There are a lot of casinos with this same policy, they don't push all the users to do kick, but they have the KYC as a legal defense for some scenarios where the casino can get in trouble in a legal way, let's say someone start using the casino for money laundering, they need to protect somehow against this kind of activities.
So, if users don't do any bad moves, then the casino will not ask for KYC.
The main questionable thing is their claim to be Non-KYC while in fact the casino has a term about KYC which contradicts their claim.
Most casinos especially those that are licensed will be high likely ask KYC to their users no matter what is the reason.
Not only due to bad moves by players, but it can be for any other reason which the casino think that it is needed to conduct KYC.
So saying that casino will not ask KYC if we don't do something bad is not completely true.
I am just coming across this for the very first time today, and to be honest, your argument is true and I agree, one of the ways reputation is measured is by keeping to your word, a casino doesn't say a thing in the title of their Ann thread like nitrowinner did here, or make public any information that is or have a contrary information compared to what is written on their terms and conditions, which is what binds them with their customers.
It is absolutely wrong to make users visiting this thread for the first time believe that nitrowinner is a no kyc casino, whereas in the terms and conditions of the casino, the chances they will ask a user for kyc verification is written, that simply means the casino is a kyc enabled casino, there is no sugarcoating or excuses to this..
