You are absolutely right, I also have not been claiming the free wof spins as frequently as before, specially since their issues began, and I just checked now and saw that their last email was indeed, six days ago.
But then on the other hand, I honestly will not count this one as an issue since the daily free wof spin is not an obligation to their users, they do this out of their own freewill, and this means that they can decide to stop at any time, the only thing I see as issue is their lack of communication.
And by the way, the content of the last email they sent, is yours the same as mine, I was given a 10 free spin offer..

Luck you. Even I got the last free spin from mail on Dec 12 but I didn't get 10 free spins but just the one.
But anyway, there was no point of collecting these spins because it would take years to redeem the rewards from those spins besides getting lucky enough to win huge rewards.
Just from the free WOF spins, you would not win a lot though. The daily WOF spins you got for the premium membership were more interesting and rewarding (I think I gathered around 150,000 RP from that). Leaving a negative trust is maybe too harse as they are still paying but maybe a neutral tag that can change later to negative if the issues keep persisting and if problems with payments would occur might be the best?
