It'd better if Manchester United stops to gamble for another forward. They have to put their focus onto their defensive line. They conceded a lot of goals due to the incompetency from their defensive line. They shall fully concern about how shaky their defensive line is.
Like I always say, the defence is not all that needs to be fixed. I agree that the defence needs fixing but even if you buy the best defenders with this current midfield that United have, they will still suffer. A midfield that cannot press constantly to get the ball back, a midfield that cannot keep the ball and let the opponent get frustrated will always make the defence suffer. Thats why I don't even blame Onana when he concedes because no matter how good a keeper you are, with the kind of midfield and defence at United, you'll suffer.
It's dumb when you have a lot of forwards, but keep buy a new one without caring more to your defensive line. They can still keep Garnacho to stay much longer, then lined up some good defenders. They can get good defenders to replace their current devensive players. This is gonna be more useful instead of always focusing on the forward.
I think Manchester united should also focus on their attack. The likes of Rashford and Garnacho can't take them anywhere. Those players are too inconsistent to do anything great in Manchester United. They also need a striker because the 2 strikers hey have are not good enough.
A lot needs to be done to mak that team competitive. Manchester United have a team that can compete for the top 6 but they don't have a team to compete against the Elite in Europe.
