No body can certainly say yes but only time will determine whether PENGU is really going to be the giant of memecoin or not.
During the listing stage of some memecoins, there is usually hypes and FOMO by people which after sometimes it's no more and then the price of the token will start to dump on the investors that bought late and are still holding. Secondly, most tokens that is being listed during bull season seems to do very well but after the bull season is over, they may never pump again to get to its previous ATH, even if during another bull season, you may never see the token pump.
