It won't be fair to underestimate a team before the game kick-off, maybe lets wait for the ball to bounce then we can say Tottenham Hotspur will be defeated by Liverpool but for now we can't be so sure on that. Nottingham forest this season is one underdog team in the EPL that this season has been creating much trouble to bigger teams than when they've to play with teams of their level. Liverpool would have to be careful and we'll tactical to avoid losing points to them for a second time especially now they will be playing from away. As for Chelsea, the manager has constantly reminded the world that they are not after the trophy and maybe we have to accept that for now and see how it goes for them by March next year.
But we can predict even before the ball kicks off or judge based on a team's performance; right now you can’t compare Tottenham's performance to Liverpool's performance, so to me I can say that Liverpool will win against Tottenham Hotspur because they are stronger than them, but you are right; we should not underestimate a team, but sometimes based on a team's performance we can judge and say who will win even though it will be in the form of a prediction and it may not be as we said it.
As if Chelsea, currently their performance is great, and I think we should be expecting more from them, although, as you said, they are not after the trophy, and I think this is because they know they won’t get it this season, but by next season they will try harder to get the title.
