Not an actual full recovery: Ask MtGOX victims if they feel full and complete after getting back the tiny USD value, compared to the Huge amounts they deserved if it had been possible to truly recover the BTC.
True, but I guess they will probably think it is better than nothing. Still it is disappointing.
