I think this man doesn't just needs to be jailed and fined, rather just needs a therapist because he is just too delusional after all these years and being officially ruled out as Satoshi Nakamoto, for lying and forgery of his so called claims.
I think he has tormented developers enough and I guess if he is done with his jail terms and finally out, he might have learnt his lesson and not sue these dev again, after being warned never to again, when he lost the case of being Satoshi Nakamoto. Although he did continue suing these devs and now facing his punishment. This can be seen in the link shared by Op.
You’re so right mate, Craig Wright must consult a real medical practitioner so he will be given proper treatment if he’s into experiencing a mental disorder or an incapacity to think what is normal or not. Otherwise, no proper individual will consistently make a false claim, even if he’s fully aware that the people around are being skeptical on him.
However, putting him into jail might also be good for him. At least he will learn to stop from his improper actions or decisions. I just wish he’ll learn a big lesson after this, which I have also doubts about it.
