I don't see this match as a draw, because Tottenham is not a club to rely on that they will hold on to their ground. Assuming it is Arsenal or Chelsea, a draw is possible. Liverpool is consistent than Tottenham, and they don't have the quality to stop Liverpool from having three points in Arena Stadium. Liverpool is mean this season to win the trophy, and winning Tottenham is very important for them.
After seeing the game yesterday where they were three goals ahead and Manchester United came back to almost equalizing, and I have noticed how they often make mistakes so it's very possible they will still not be able win this game, so for me I see it that untill they win, they are still likely not to win this game. Liverpool has that mentality that keeps them going even when a game appears like it's going to be a challenging one for them.
