A short update on the proceedings. Copa have filed a claim for contempt of court now so hopefully we see him get some jail time. Craig is of course trying to get out of appearing in person as he probably knows he could get locked up. Hopefully the judge forces him to appear and puts a warrant out if he doesn't.
And it worked as earlier today he was sentenced to one year in prison.

A suspended sentence means he avoids jail just as long as he doesn't commit any further crimes during that time period. Should be hard for him as his entire life is a fraudulent fantasy.
He was sentenced to a 1 year suspended sentence so unfortunately - no jail time this time.

Well hopefully he does. I wonder if not paying the new 250k fine will find him foul of it. One thing is I don't think he will ever set foot in the UK again, much like Australia. I wonder what country he is actually in in Asia. I think there's only a few countries in the world that don't have extradition treaties with the UK so he shouldn't be safe there. My main hope is that the Australian Tax Office will actually get their finger out and file a warrant for his arrest.
