You're basically looking to gamble with that gain.
I actually think that 3 months is not short, although 100x to 200x is also not that low, so may be you are also right with what you said there. Investing/all'ing it in the top and old coins may not give us a 100 to 200x in 3 months but we will have a nice chance on the newer/meme coins and again, this can be gambling already due to their high risk.
If someone who's got that money and able to grow into that amount, they won't tell it to anybody.
Why? Is it because they are afraid that their method will get burned? Or they find it a waste of time? But I think some will still do because they are kind enough to also care for the others. And then there are those business-minded people, who will try to make more money by selling their methods.
