If they just get those license from a country which doesn't regulate much gambling then its still nothing since there are lots of license casino pull a rug pull scheme to their clients. What's more important here is the reputation they built in this community also their willingness to follow the suggestion and other things needed to take care especially for listening to peoples suggestions. Also people care about much on how their support response fast to the issue since most of people like to have active representative will solve their issues.
I agree with you on all these points. Suggestions from the community plus quick resolution of technical errors definitely play an effective role in building a casino's reputation and trust.
But what I think about the initial cases a gambler when choosing a new gambling site  first of all the looks whether the casino has a license and who the provider is. I also agree with this that many licensed casinos do rug pull schemes with their clients but I also think that this tendency will rarely work in casinos whose licenses are from top level companies. Because a license costs about several thousand dollars in the beginning, and in case of annual fees it tooks huge investment on their.

KYC thing is I think not an issue since people here now already know about regulation and those things want to avoid by legitimate casino since people nowadays is willing to comply if they asked to do this especially if they already gather good reputation to the community.
Kyc not an issues but when casino found a  suspicious activity like large deposit or the others thing what makes that suspicious activity in that cases most of the casino will check the KYC and in some cases additional documents for that because for the AML regulation.
