The answers from the support both about KYC and minimum deposit contradicts to the information written in their T&C and FAQ page. Support said it is completely anonymous casino while the terms say that they reserve the right to verify player's identity. As you mentioned, about the minimum deposit is also different with what is written in the FAQ page. Is this casino using 3rd party customer support providers so the live support is not knowing about the casino well??
Good support is hard to find and I would rely more on their terms and conditions regarding KYC. Anyways, welcome to the forum, the site looks nice but competition is very fierce in this field so there will need to be some good features/promotions to get a lot of people interested.
