It's understandable that the retailers can't really keep up – holidays, big crowds at the Gamma. Everything often sells out in a few minutes. Of course, that's no excuse for poor support; every retailer should maintain certain standards.
But I wouldn't say that the gamma is bad because the dealer doesn't meet the performance. That doesn't make sense

I now have around 10 gammas, they all work a little differently due to the manufacturing quality. But all of them achieve an average of 2 th/s without any problems, at around 30-35W. That's quite alright.
bitaxe is still a very new project, it needs to be further professionalized so that we get a nice case and possibly other displays. This won't happen overnight.
the nerdqaxe order nerdaxe are already pointing in a good direction by providing an excellent display... that's just fun to watch
