You can't achieve it if you're going to put pressure on chasing it. The butterfly will zigzag its way around and far away from you. But when relax, the butterfly can easily dash into one's net. I guess it's a life principle that works when it comes to taking pressure off whatever we do. Don't exert much energy on stuff and you will surprisingly find them fall into place.
