Well the factor(s) I think that drive this bullrun is the demand of that particular coin or asset even in the things we buy at home, whenever customers are requesting too much on a particular goods or product you will see the supply of that particular product will reduce thereby making the price skyrocket the same thing happens to Bitcoin and other coins though there are other factors but sometimes you can't actually use them to tell for sure that there's going to be a bullrun and I think technology is also one of the factor.
