Getting the explorer up and running isn't difficult task, after all it's open source, you just need to modify it a bit and host it on a VPS, I can help you with that, but first I need to finish Neoscrypt, as I'm working with one dev now (the project isn't mine), and then I'll have some free time if you can't get it working until then. As for the code modification, there's a lot of work to do, in fact it took RVN team 2 years to update the code last time.

Where is the FUD in your links of my screenshot posts, Regus was a scam in the end, the other coin which released on April never listed, the last sceenshot you did, was about 3M premine that the dev never mentioned on Bitcointalk announcement, so for you the truth is fud when you face it, anyway have a good day
