Yeah. Centralised sites asking for KYC at random periods is pretty much a given these days sadly. Hate it when casinos advertise such false stuff just to attract attention.
If they do have KYC but advertise their platform as no KYC, it's bad because they're liars.
However, if they are telling truth, that their platform is no KYC and now they are actually providing services for users without KYC, users must understand that in future, policy can be changed. Then KYC can be required, because the company can not operate without compliance with laws. And Laws can be changed by governments that are not in control of any company.
