Well this is a very true fact going by recent records at least for the longest of time, it's been true how PSG has continued to be even stronger and better in the French league, nit allowing anyone strip them of their dominance but it still doesn't mean some day they may like it as it happened the time lille dis, in the whole of the French league, it's actually the best recommendation to helping the career of Young Stars looking to shine and make the difference in their career but it's not the best place for career advancement as they don't have what it takes to get young lads the kind of advancement they can peak in their career.
The use of young players really depends on the coach and the performance of the players themselves. I'm not sure Luis Enrique is very interested in playing a lot of young players and making them important players, but he seems to have more confidence in experienced players who have proven their performance. Luis Enrique can certainly rotate some of his main players with young players, but he still has to make adjustments so that the team's performance is not disrupted.

Important matches are not a place to test the courage of young players, but young players must be able to maximize the opportunities they get even if they only play as substitutes. Ligue 1 is dominated by PSG, but on average their players are experienced players or even stars brought in from other teams.
