What about you guys?
Imho retirement means leaving the 20h/week job and do what you like, with no fixed schedule, no boss, no deadlines.
I'd like to get there after some year. I want my kids first get big enough, secure enough.
Then, if job and Bitcoin allows retirement, why not? There's quite a big world to see, there are quite a lot of things I'd like to try, there are quite some ideas of personal project I'd like to pursue.
But that doesn't mean to start a business and work even more to keep it running,
And that doesn't mean to do nothing.
And clearly doesn't mean to leave the forum forever.
If you were retired, would you mind very much doing a job like participating in a paid signature campaign of the forum? I wouldn't, and even less if it's one of those that doesn't have a weekly minimum.
Lately my job and life doesn't allow me stay on this forum as I did "in the good days". And that's exactly what I do now: wearing signature in campaigns with no weekly minimum. I find them a great idea. Actually I am surprised that there are still so many campaigns with imposed minimum.
Of course that as long as I can (i.e. I'm allowed to do it) I'd do this, even if I'd be "retired".
There's only one catch imho. If one affords to retire, he may not care about the few $ such a campaign offers per post. And he may just leave the spot for others who may need it more. But that's a different story. Nowadays there are also campaigns with no pay, they're also always an option.
