Re: Wars are now days Roman empire gladiator fights

During the roman empire, gladiators perform to entertain Caesar, and the spectators, they risk their lives for the fun of others. I agree with you and Hispo, that USA stands as the modern day Roman empire, and their president is like Caeser, but the modern day gladiators if you're looking at it from that perspective are not fighting to entertain the US or any other country. These countries are at wars, lives are being lost, businesses have crumbled and everybody is living in fear in those countries, so there's nothing entertaining about their situations.

What I can agree is that from the beginning of mankind, warfare has not stopped despite the modernization of the human race, deep down nations still want to dominate other nations like the Roman empire. That is why there'll always be innovations in warfare, it'll continue until perhaps it brings the end of mankind, although this is not my wish.
