Barcelona started the season on a very good note and were even tipped by many to reclaim the league title at the end of the season but the Catalonian club have had very poor results in recent times and are now trailing league leaders by three points and second player Real Madrid by two points. If both Madrid clubs wins their outstanding games, Barcelona will be 6 and 5 points behind respectively.
Barcelona disappointed many fans. No one was expected from Barcelona to lose to Atletico Madrid, but when the time came, they did and lost again. From the beginning of the season, everyone believes that Barcelona will be able to win the La Liga race by managing it very easily. But actually the result came out equivalent of many ideas and expectations. But to be honest, Barcelona put their full efforts for points but Atletico Madrid could show their typical defending.
