One of the easiest ways to separate them effectively is by checking whether they are willing to provide proper proof or not.
Usually those who are experiencing legitimate obstacle problems will continue to pursue with the right defense they have... but scammers will usually post without clarity and do not provide any evidence and then leave never to return.
Especially from new accounts this is usually a little suspicious although not all of them are.

Not all of them are actually suspicious since those legitimate individuals who use newbie account which is affected with certain issues are straight to the point posting their claims with proof without creating any further more drama's.

usually trolls are the one posting crazy things without anything that can back up their claims. We usually see these people gone away if they already see that their attempt is fail and no people believes them. The community is so smart to determine which of those individuals had a legitimate case here and those trolls will not succeed on their evil plans to destroy the reputation especially if they cannot prove that their accusation is true.

 👍

Because their objective is to get the problem/issue resolved as quickly as possible, withdraw their Bitcoins/altcoins, and deposit then play again later with a smoother experience.

The trolls probably know that they have done something illegal and that they will never see their coins back in their wallets again. There's nothing else to do but to try to destroy the casino's reputation. Merely add them to your ignore list. Some of them are probably using two or more newbie/brand new accounts to pretend that they are different people.
