Manchester United performance against Manchester City wasn't good, both of them play very bad, Manchester United was lucky they got 2 big chance in near end of the match. If not, they would lose against Manchester City.
I'd say Manchester United hasn't changed, they only have few good players like Amad, Mainoo, and Mazraoui, other than that, they're the same.
I disagree mate. The defeat against Bournamouth during the weekend was quite shocking and unexpected but United played very well against City. It was their best Manchester derby performance in many years. Even when they were trailing by a goal, they didn't play under pressure like the other version of United we are familiar with. They kept their cool, control the game and took their chances. They've had a couple of mixed results under Amorim, especially in the EPL but I'll not accept they didn't play well against City.
Basically Manchester City is also in a bad situation and condition, so it might still be a common result for Manchester United to win in the Manchester derby. But still, because Manchester United lost at home against Bournemouth, it was a very bad result. Thus, I also cannot assume that Manchester United is better under Amorim coaching because in fact Manchester United still has not had a stable performance so far. But maybe,in the second half of the season later Amorim will succeed in making Manchester United better with some new players who might be brought in in the January transfer window.
