Do you mind sharing an overview of your chat with the support rep? Is the case already concluded or they said they're still looking into it and passing it on the the appropriate department?
The festive period usually comes with a handful of workers being off, so the relevant team may not be available to help out in good time.
Based on the chat on 23rd December they have told me that they (the relevant team) can not help me.

I communicated yesterday (24th December) but they still told me the same and their main answer yesterday was "we can not find your account!". It is funny that they could not find out my account if it is then still it is their fault why they would not be able to find out my account. I have provided proof of my withdraw, deposit, and much more information but they are in the same position. Before creating scam accusations I gave them 24 hours which will be finished within a few minutes.
