Though it takes about 12 hours for the balance to get updated in most cases it happens way faster. We would recommend re-checking it every 10-30 min.

As I mentioned above, I have tried many times in the past month and almost always receive a waiting notification after 12 hours.

Unfortunately, there is no date associated with the request placed on the website on the screenshot or the screenshot itself. At the moment, all balance requests left on our website have been successfully processed. You should also be able to check your card balance. Please note that if you left a request more than 24 hours ago, you will need to place a new one. We recommend checking your card balance every 10-30 minutes (after placing a request).
