Revert the chain back to pre-billion-dollar-block status, issue the new client.
Users will vote by whether they use the new client or not (as it is supposed to be) and the new fork will win out.

That's what I was hoping for too - but what effect would it have on traded POCs?

They would be gone i guess....and if that sharkcoin is also gone then this was jut another scamcoin...we all got catched
