I dont think that Liverpool needs new players. Their team is currently the best in the world and they are really good on all positions. Even their bench is really strong and i dont know who they can bring into their team to make it better honestly. The way the things are going they are the favorites for champions league and premier league
Indeed they are perfect for the new UCL system, only Liverpool have not lost for 6 games and that is a perfect record. But regarding the players, I think they need to plan for the future. This means that taking advantage of the Transfer exchange is not wrong. They can prepare to buy players for the preparation of some players who are old and will leave the club. For example, Moh Salah who has not received a new contract and is getting old. Then Trent Alexander Arnold will leave because there are some problems with the contract deal. Maybe at the moment Liverpool don't need new players but I think they can prepare for the future.
