Another moral of the story is that, even if a person seem to look successful financially from dishonesty, in the future the consequences of that action will linger and have more damaging effects on reputation and their business.
This just shows that no matter what many businessmen would tell you a successful business is not always just about working smart. Sometimes working with genuine purpose and honesty can make you reach so far in life and your customers will always come back to you because of your honesty.
Certainly agree on this. Sometimes working smart is not enough, but being truthful and sincere to others are more valuable that would bring out the real success in business. The positive result would not be visible immediately, but in the long run those who were honest and true to their customers stay longer and flourish more, while those who succeed from dishonesty, the effect won’t be seen long term.
