The casino business is capital intensive that is why business owners should set aside enough funds to cover up wins. The casino did what it's suppose to do which is to pay the winner. Without doing it, the image of the casino will be dented. Most casinos that ended up becoming reputable went through thesame process of paying huge wins and as they continued in this practice they attracted more gamblers. Any casino owner who avoids paying out wins and abandons the casino is a scammer.  And he would never build a brand that will be well known and reliable.
