Which got me to think about the possible consequences if El Salvador were to ever announce that it is selling its bitcoins and plans to never buy any more? I am aware that the possibility of that is low since El Salvador has always expressed interest towards bitcoin but just hypothetically, how much would bitcoin be affected if El Salvador does not show support any more?
So what if Elsavador sells their bitcoin and doesn't buy anymore will it make bitcoin destroyed for the long term? the answer is certainly not because El Savador although now is still one of the elements that is very good for the increase of bitcoin but the presence or absence of them will not have a big impact on bitcoin as a whole.
Waves do exist where they will definitely at least make the market decline a little where surely many people will follow the sale but on the other hand it will not have an overall impact so in the end there will be no real problem for the long term when El Savador sells the bitcoin they have.
We often see parts of some countries trying to ban or sell their bitcoin assets but in the end bitcoin continues to survive as it is today, so what will happen to El Savador when they sell their assets and will not buy back because in the end nothing has changed from bitcoin so why worry too much about trivial things like this.
