That is normal for the house to give some wins to some gamblers, big and small.

Because if there are no gamblers that wins from them, most of the gamblers will flee from them and they're going  to stop visiting them.

So, any strategy that works, it will work shortly but not in the long run.

Exactly, that is indeed the casino strategy where they make winning something that will continue to attract gamblers to come back, and when they have come, especially with a high obsession with winning, that's where the casino will make gamblers lose and usually the amount of loss is much greater than the amount of winnings that the gamblers have previously obtained.

That's the greatness of the casino, meaning it can be concluded that the casino makes winning something that will turn the feelings and thoughts of gamblers upside down, but in the end most of the gamblers are still trapped, and this is the reason why we as gamblers should not put excessive hope in winning, just think of winning as a bonus, on the other hand, there is a strategy but it will only work occasionally and I quite agree with your last statement.
That is because if someone finds out a strategy that works in the long run. The casino will find out based on their findings in our accounts.

That gives them the idea on how it goes to the most of us because they're there to make some money and business as usual to let people win some but lose more.
When there is a player who has a strategy to win and it definitely happens then in other words he can get profit in the long term, but that is impossible, besides the casino in my opinion will be suspicious or take other actions to pay attention to the player who can always get profit in every bet he makes. This will definitely happen because the casino will definitely not let that happen which will definitely attract the attention of the casino. It is not a problem when many people lose money because it is a natural thing to happen because the goal of the casino is to seek profit from the many people who visit the casino, so even though there are people who will win but not everyone can get it as well as big wins or jackpots.
I completely agree with you that gamblers do not use any strategy for their long-term winnings and they do not see justice with their money. They lose most of the time and if luck is too kind, then maybe after a long time the chances of winning a jackpot are very limited. The underlying algorithm of the casino is developed and operated in such a way that the developers get more profit. With all the activities to attract gamblers, the developers get extra winnings. They give you limited bonuses for various celebrations like Christmas or New Year but they do it for their own profit. I am worried about those new players who mostly choose the wrong casino, watch social media ads and make deposits to get a source of income which is a possibility of losing their money.
