I don't think this is an option at all. Where did you even hear of something like this or was this simply an assumption? The campaign manager(Hhampuz in this case) could know some high level individuals from Roobet, but he probably would have helped if he could a long time ago.
I really doubt Roobet would be willing to go the extra mile to resolve your unfortunate situation which is why it's best to just give up on your funds.
Forum admins, moderators don't moderate scam or business issues of any company.
Hhampuz is Roobet signature campaign manager, and he can be a contact point to Roobet team, but remember that his resonsibility is not customer support. He can ping his contact point with Roobet team about this case, but it's all Hhampuz can do.
Customer support belongs to that team in Roobet company.
For sure they will not be entertained for that matter if they ask the help of forum admins since provably that they will take care first the current activities happened in the forum rather than spending some time on things that unrelated to them.
Also I guess its wrong to call out those unrelated personalities in this case since they are not the one who can solve this issue. Better to direct their concerns on their support so that they would get those answers that they want. The affected user just need to follow up his case to notify them and also get some update on his case. Roobet is good casino so for sure that any legitimate issues will be handled well.
