Amorim might not be getting good results from EPL matches but he is doing pretty good in Europa, because United can defeat most clubs in Europa if they are determined to do so. Amorim should be scouting around looking for players that will be able to give him what he wants with his game strategy. I just hope that United can go far in Europa so that Amorim can use it to encourage himself.
The change of coach does not always have a positive impact faster. It even takes a few seasons to get perfect results. And what is experienced by Amorim and Man United is actually not too severe. Because Amorim only requires a little change in the defense which in my opinion is still very bad.
The results that Liverpool have been able to archive proves otherwise. Well, the word here is ‘not always’ and that is very relatable not to agree with. Liverpool had a good foundation of players whom have had several games played together and as such, the experience/coherence of play is there. Can’t say the same for Manchester United whom aren’t together and where still trying to fine there rhythm right to the moment of Ten Hags departure. Coaches often bring a different energy into the team but, once the play isn’t picked up from there, you find it fade away just as it came.
