I've heard most of the risks involved with Bitcoin investing already that I already know when to invest, and when not to.

Invest what you can afford to lose. 1-2% of the total portfolio only on Bitcoin. I've heard it all, and I've followed it yes, but that was around 4-5 years ago. Now, I already know what to do when it comes to investing into crypto particularly in Bitcoin. Still, what they're saying is just a precautionary measure to those newbies out there to prevent further losing of money because Bitcoin really is very volatile, but the longer you will be into crypto, you will learn how the market moves, and you can create your own strategy based on that movement. Still a good advice, I guess.
Good advice. "Invest what you can afford to lose" is very commonly used advice, but many people don't fully understand it.

They have to understand it like, you can not use all money you have for investment in Bitcoin or anything else, because you thought that you can afford to lose it all. It's not smart and it's terrible in individual capital management.

Make sure after you invest money in Bitcoin or anything else, you still have money left to use if your investment turns to 0.
