The hashrate shown on your link is for standard RTX 4090 graphic card not those found in a laptop, this 4090 use more power than the mobile counterpart.
A RTX 4090 Mobile use up to 200 watts and a standard RTX 4090 uses 450watts, this shows that their hashing power will never be the same. ..
So if anyone is using RTX4090 found in laptops they should expect lower performance compare to a standard RTX 4090 for desktop computers.
