That's true and means to catch someone on this forum are limited, when agencies do a search on someone they use threatening and my mother told me if someone has done something wrong then they're scared, it's true for most cases, but people are also scared for getting into something they haven't committed.

Where I live Cops become friends with locals, have a few drinks then use those people to justify for false cases, the cops (doing good for others in public)  do it for money and connections, even if something later comes in court as a evidence then the person who testified will be given sentence not the cop, again not all cops are like these.... And in an interview I heard an officer with quotes "Corruption to some degree is ok"

Anyways, that's human nature.
