Maybe there is a technical reason why the support personnel had issues with your account and it isn't something that affects all other players. I believe we would have seen many more complaints if that was the case. Perhaps the support agent you spoke to is new and not yet accustomed to deal with matters such as this. Maybe there were restrictions on the information they could retrieve, put there by their supervisor and senior staff for some reason. Anyways, everything is well that ends well. The main problem of the customer service agent is that the user can not find out the user whom s/he is talking about. And after several days of communication the agent told s/he cant find out my account. I didn't know the reason too but I have tried to provide as many information as possible but the agent could not provide any information. As a result the can't help me in any means. But if the agent sent me the user name @userinfobot then the problem could be solved from the beginning.
