I don't Manchester City will be willing to find another coach despite Pep Guardiola recent struggles in both the Premier league and the Champions League. Pep Guardiola still remains City’s greatest manager and as such he is highly respected at the club and that's why they decided to extend his contract. Despite their recent struggles, the club hierarchy will be confident that Guardiola will be able to get Manchester City back to their best.

Not a lot of people have given up on Pep Guardiola yet, they have been playing poorly but many people still have confidence in him that he’s going to revive the club and they will still come back to their winning ways as usual. Manchester City was one of the best for the champions league trophy and also well positioned for the premier league title fight at the beginning of the season and all of a sudden, everything changed and since then we haven’t seen the best of them till now, just draw and losses on a continuous run for so long now. Since we still have a lot of confidants in Pep Guardiola, we might see them get back to their winning ways before the end of the season. I hope it won’t be too late for them when they do.
The Pep Guardiola saga is becoming so obvious that things are wrong. Due to his past records and achievements, people have refused to acknowledge the obvious. They are expecting Pep to pull off a surprise from nowhere whereas Pep is indeed aware that he is in trouble.
Once a fearful Manchester City is becoming an EPL tou for every club. I just wish that Pep and his boys will regain their form before the rmesumption of the next round of the Champions League, if not, things will go wrong to a large extent.
There's no doubt that City could get back in track, but it's almost becoming doubtful. Pep should hasten up, things are not always as seen.
Obviously, we have not witnessed such a rough season under Pep Guardiola before, so,  many people are still hopping for a bounce back from him, Therefore, it becomes difficult for people to agree that actually, things has taken a different direction under the current of Pep Guardiola. I'm actually looking forward towards the end of the season to see the position he will finish in the league table, and that's really when I'm going to conclude of his actual failure.
It's after the transfer window have closed next year is when I will see how the performance of City will be like. If they continue with their poor performance, and the additional new players didn't add any impact on the team performance is when City will be hopeless. However, if the additional new players had good impact on the club's performance, it means Pep has hope for a title.
