What about you guys?
I think retirement as a state where I don't have to think about my survival and basic needs. It's freedom, because, at least for the average person, most of their problems are economic. How they will be able to pay the rent, the groceries, going on a trip once in a while, have goods, etc. If I can secure these, then it doesn't mean I'll become a consumption monster that doesn't produce anything to society. On the contrary, I believe I will be able to work with greater flexibility, free from the anxiety of questioning whether my efforts are worthwhile. I will always focus on what is valuable for me.

Most people value their jobs, of course they are used to receiving a salary every month or every 15 days of the month, that is the concept and system in our country for paying employees.
And there are many workers who have really grown old while they are employed.

And if there are people like this, it is because they want to have a monthly pension when they get older or when they reach seniority, so that even if they are no longer working,
are still pensioners because of the benefits they have accrued for several decades.
