You’re right that there’s no defined game written on the bonus ToS which means it should count on all games available on the casino.

The confusing part is there’s a max bet of 5$ per spin(I bold per spin word)
Which implies that the games they are describing is a slot game for eligible games. Most of this welcome bonus usually counted all the games available on the casino but new casino started to implement slot games only so better this rules should be clear.
