Winnings in gambling cannot fully be used as capital for other businesses but they end up not knowing where. Most people who win big in gambling do not take the money to invest and even save it as a reserve for the future when the money specified in gambling runs out. Winnings in gambling make them becoming addicted without thinking positively and always wanting to chase the next win without realizing it can waste all the money from that win so you have to go back to borrowing money from other people for initial capital.

Yes, we only have a guarantee to lose our money in gambling without winning. That is already happen to many gamblers so we must think clear and not push ourselves to chase the win.
