Probably the reason why is because NFTs are even more busted in terms of how they are viewed by each and everybody - it's like going into the gallery with the never-ending hallways.
Plus - no utility whatsoever, generally speaking.

Absolutely! Anyone can create an image using a free AI image generator and list it to the markets like Opensea for free using Matic chain. After AI image generators came into existence, the NFTs are overflowing in the market which has no utility at all.

Generally speaking, the market is overflowing with dead coins as well. We don't need those. There has to be a way to clean those out.
They do keep on flooding out the entire market on which its true that when it comes to utility then these images doesnt really give up a damn thing when it comes to usage. It is really just that basically driven with pure hype but there are some NFT's that do able to make it through on getting or gaining up that too much value on which it do raises up some questions into some minds on how the heck these images do able to get up such value? considering on how easy to get some pic online and upload it into nft markets and put up some price and viola there's some potential buyer that might be able to buy that shit image without having any usage and utility. On the time or moment that you do find yourself having some interest with NFT's then be careful on what you are dealing into.
