It does sound like a good idea to invest your gambling proceeds in a business but the thing i always think about this is first how much is the amount won and then the sustainability of the business is another key and prime factor that you have to put to consideration while thinking of investing the gambling proceed in a business because after the investment, if its not profitable enough, you may still have to fallback to gambling which is something that may not be a good and healthy practice because at that point you may become desperate and may turn out an addict.
