What are your general traditions when it comed to gambling during the holidays? It would be interesting to see different perspectives
I personally do not have a gambling schedule if I want to play I will play but there are times that I will never gamble when it is holiday time with family and religious celebrations, for example Christmas, I will not gamble I will focus on family and rest where gambling can be done anytime but family gatherings cannot be repeated in the near future
Basically gambling is nothing more than a choice and from the story you told I think you are one of those people who can put everything in its proper portion, I think it all depends on the situation and your own desires, as you said that you will only gamble when you want to do it and you will not do it when you have other more important activities, this is the reason why we must always be able to distinguish between which is more important that should be prioritized.
I agree with your last opinion that gambling can be done anytime and anywhere but gathering with a large family with a harmonious atmosphere is very rare and usually large families will only be able to gather when we are in long holiday seasons such as Christmas or holidays.
