Some people will not listen. It is as simple as download the Binance app from the official website. All exchanges also works like that. If you access the exchanges on the web, you will see where you can download their apps when you are about to login. All these are easy to avoid but some people are just novice.
I don't think that it's even needed to download any such applications even if they're 100% legit. I personally trade using my laptop and it has an external display connected and for me website based interface of all exchanges is more than enough and I can do trade on the website versions without any issues.
I believe the website versions are safe and are way better than the application versions. I know for smartphone users it's better to download an exchange's app as that's easier to use than the web version but for desktop and laptop users the applications aren't needed at all because trading can be done without such applications.
