I dont see any solution to this problem right away. But the end of the grind, we might see things getting better and costs reducing, though that is a remote possibility. The average working man must accept that they need to ride up the corporate ladder and get a better paying position or get a new job. Certain businesses are also happening, identify the problem and attempt to correct it and you have a working money maker in front of you.
You have to be flexible when it comes to job or businesses. Being the problem solver is not everyone's cup of tea.
I think doing job is not an easy thing because you have to stay happy to your seniors. You have to do things through which your senior will be happy and it could be anything and you have to give gift to the manager because after he will cooperate with you and if you didn't follow him then he will complain to the employer then you will be fire . So you have to take steps very carefully and you can't enjoy your life freely because in the other business you are an employee and he will think that he bought you for specific hours. Business is also not an easy thing because everybody has no ability to be successful in business. But you will be financially free after investment and you could give more time to his family.
The concept of seniority like this sometimes always exists in every job or when we start working in an office but things like this should already be left behind and we must be able to take a stand when receiving treatment like this.
We are in the company as an employee which means that our position with others is the same, even though they are seniors because they have been in the company longer than us but no one has the right to intervene with new employees on the grounds of seniority because it violates the rights and obligations as workers.
In the world of work we are required to be professional and what we do is certainly in accordance with what we are good at in terms of expertise so that when you are unable to compete then don't be a bad person by applying seniority like this.
