Do dogs talk? What?
Tests over the years show that when dogs bark, they are often trying to mouth words that their mouths are not shaped to mouth. So, we don't understand them.

so yes Dogs talks and they are loyal , very loyal to us.
I am a dog owner since childhood and up to now I have my dogs(though most of them already gone long)
But the test in the OP website shows that dogs aren't loyal because they feel like being loyal. We don't know why dogs are loyal. But the OP shows that it is probably that they are AI attached to things that will help them live.
The loyalty they show is simply AI logical because of what they are, and because such loyalty means food for them, and shelter.
