If truly this is possible , it will be cool and useful for  players that has already archive a vip level on their favorite casino, because to achieve that VIP rank, a player must have wager a huge amount and some players don't want to leave that casino that they have already reach the highest VIP rank but with this new features that you have talked about @OP, some players might want to tranfer their rank to another casino that they must have interest on. I am not yet a VIP but if you have already done this, you can explain the procedure.
