I heard from someone that if you want to earn money without any investment then you should go to bitcointalk. But he also told me to keep alert. I created an account. I am feeling very confused but I am not able to understand anything.

The priority of this forum is not exclusively earnings, but spreading knowledge about Bitcoin and discussing the ecosystem that accompanies it. So this is not a "get Bitcoin" platform and whoever presented it to you like that has the wrong picture.
Of course, there are possibilities, but before that you have to familiarize yourself with the forum itself, in time you will understand what opportunities it offers. So, learning is the best advice for you.
