There are many things that they may experience that make their game no longer as scary as before and there may be internal problems that are not detected by the media. Because the decline that they will experience is very fast and it is a decline that I think is not normal. Pep is a very experienced coach, he should know what he has to do to restore the performance of his players, but I can understand that it is not an easy thing to do, it certainly takes time. I hope the management is patient enough and does not make hasty decisions.
We should not pamper Man City more than necessary, this is football, sh*ts happen, and probably they've begun there on sh*t period, we should let them run the course until they can get on their feet again. Guardiola is a good coach, no doubt, but no matter how good you are, there are times that circumstance will befall you, it has happened to the greatest coaches in the past and Klopp of Liverpool was a recent example, but he bounced back very fast. So don't let us believe that the media does know, the issue of Man City is never internal but obviously injuries and possible demoralized moment, perhaps the January transfer will be a game changer.
Yes I agree with you, sometimes a team has to close themselves off to not make their problems public, because instead of being able to solve the problem, it can become a bigger problem with very wild and sometimes unreasonable news just to boost media ratings. Now they have to plan what they will do in the transfer window later, because all of that will be needed to make the team more prepared and not be caught out if they want to bring in new players. Because it could be that the player they are targeting is the same player targeted by other teams too.
